1. Beta status and no warranty

The Service is currently provided as a beta release. It is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any data displayed is accurate, complete, or current.

2. Not an authoritative source for airworthiness

CrosswindIQ is an informational and convenience tool. It is not a substitute for the aircraft's official maintenance records, FAA records, or the judgment of a certificated A&P/IA mechanic. The pilot in command and the aircraft owner/operator are solely responsible for determining the airworthiness of an aircraft under the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, including 14 CFR 91.7, 91.403, 91.405, 91.409, and 91.417. You must verify all dates, times, AD and inspection status, and maintenance data against the authoritative records before any flight or maintenance decision. You assume all risk arising from any reliance on the Service.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.   • rely on the Service as the authoritative determination of airworthiness, currency, or regulatory compliance;
  • access or attempt to access data, accounts, or organizations that are not yours, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account.

5. Accounts, suspension, and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

6. Data during beta

Because the Service is in beta, features may change and data may be modified, migrated, or reset during the beta period. You are responsible for retaining your own authoritative records independently of the Service. Do not use the Service as your sole system of record.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law
